If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit as quickly as possible, the exact amount of days will depend on your card issuer's policy.

Shipping Info
(Ireland) We send all of our orders via An Post, using tracked parcel post which usually takes 1-3 business days. We will send your tracking number to you when your order is being shipped.
(UK) All orders are sent via An Post. At checkout you can choose either standard shipping - not tracked* (usually between 2-5 business days) or tracked shipping (Usually between 2-5 business days). *Please note, whilst we will do everything in our power to resolve any issues, Waylon & Flo are not responsible for untracked post that is lost or delayed.
(Europe) All orders are sent via An Post. At checkout you can choose either standard shipping - not tracked* (usually between 2-7 business days) or tracked shipping (Usually between 2-7 business days). *Please note, whilst we will do everything in our power to resolve any issues, Waylon & Flo are not responsible for untracked post that is lost or delayed.
All orders are sent between 24-48hrs after order confirmation. We aim to ship as quickly as possible once an order has been recieved and will let you know if any probelms arise concerning your order.
